I am dedicated to passing a motorcycle helmet law in AZ, then federally. I lost my husband due to a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of breaking his skull in 4 places in a motorcycle accident. Well over 1 million in medical fees - which the state paid. We need to avoid costly expenditures and more importantly we need to protect riders who think they are too cool for a helmet.
